The NAPS Ignite 2026 Conference is the premier education opportunity representing the search, recruiting and staffing industry. More than 250 attendees are expected to attend the annual event. Attendees will have an opportunity to learn from

COVID, the quality has significantly increased. We anticipate around 220-250 attendees this year.

+ 50% of attending firms generate $2 million+ in sales.
+ Approximately 45% of firms have 10 or more employees.
