Patrick is a Certified Personnel Consultant, is currently the Vice President of Operations for Rocky Mountain Association of Recruiters, he is a volunteer firefighter, and spends much of his time.

He is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder with a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology.
