Youth Mentors Influence Career Success

A new study by researchers from North Carolina State University has found that young people---those in their teens and early 20's---who have had mentors are more likely to find work early in their careers that gives them more responsibility and autonomy. These relationships aid in putting them on the path to more financially and rewarding careers.
