Despite Gains, Workforce Remains Not Engaged

A new Gallup study aimed at tracking the engagement levels of the U.S. workforce has found less than one-third (31.5%) of workers stating they were engaged in their jobs. The current percentages are the highest since 2000, but also indicate younger workers are the least engaged.
