Black Women’s Appetite for Leadership

A study just released by the Center for Talent Innovation and supported by group of major U.S. firms has found that Black women are more likely that white women to aspire to positions of leadership in the work world. Despite their aspirations and qualifications, 44% of Black women feel stalled in their careers (as compared with 30% of white women).
