Female Manager Growth Misleading to Gender Compensation Balance

One might feel there is a correlation between an increase in female managers and improved  earnings for women. Not true according to new research from the University of California - Berkeley HAAS School of Business. In some instances the salaries of women managers are lower compared to their male counterparts.
