No wonder people want to change jobs! University of Florida researchers are reporting that rude behavior in the workplace isn’t just unpleasant---it’s also contagious. Published in the Journal of Applied Psychology, the findings represent the first evidence that everyday impoliteness spreads in the contemporary workplace.
