Baby Boomers Work on Their Employability

The Plus 50 Encore Completion Program, and a nationwide program involving 100 community colleges, has witnessed 15,800 baby boomers (students age 50 and older) going to college and earning degrees and certificates to improve their employability. The program is coordinated by the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC).
