DAWSONVILLE, GA (April 21, 2016) – The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), the nation’sleading staffing industry educator and oldest industry association, is pleased to announce an official Association Alliance Partnership with the Georgia Association of Personnel Services, Inc., known in the industry as GAPS. Highlights of the new partnership consist of co-branding each association’s educational programs including their respective annual conferences.

“GAPS (Georgia Association of Personnel Services) is proud to announce an official Association Alliance Partnership with the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS),” said GAPS President Meredith Daly, CPC. “GAPS’ long-standing relationship with NAPS is complimented by several of our past and present Board Members serving on the NAPS Board of Directors over the last 25+ years. Both organizations are focused on the same common objective, to provide outstanding resources in support of the search and staffing communities in the areas of professional development, networking and certifications so that we may serve our clients with the highest professional standards and ethics in the industry. Our official partnership will serve to increase the value we are able to provide to each of our members. We look forward to building a stronger community as partners with NAPS.”

“We are excited to formalize the partnership with the Georgia Association of Personnel Services,” stated NAPS President Trinette R. Cunningham. “GAPS has been a longtime supporter of NAPS, and we appreciate all they do. NAPS is headquartered in Georgia, which makes for an especially meaningful relationship. We’re looking forward to expanding our partnership and thus increasing our reach to the recruiting and staffing talents of Georgia.”

Formalized in 2015, the NAPS Association Alliance Partnership Program seeks to partner with local and state recruiting and staffing associations. “We understand that not all professionals in our industry can belong to both their state/local associations and NAPS. This new program allows NAPS to reach and support the state/local chapters in a mutually beneficial and non-competitive environment," explained 2016 NAPS Board Chairman Mark Carlson CPC, of The Suburban Group, Inc.
