Multiple States Join Forces in Skills Education Effort

The COVID-19 driven employment downturn has disproportionately affected workers in low-wage jobs, who are concentrated in service-sector jobs that do not lend themselves to telework. A National Governor's Association initiative, the Reskilling and Recovery Network, has engaged 20 states in addressing the economic and health crisis.
