STARs Will Shine in the Workforce

According to a new study released by Opportunity@Work, STARs (Skilled Through Alternative Routes) will play a major role in the U.S. and global workforce of the future. The finding was based on an examination of 100 million project job openings anticipated over the next decade across in 292 occupations.
