Business Roundtable Study of Workplace Skills Launched

The Business Roundtable, a collective of Chief Executive Officers, announced recently that it has initiated a new, multiyear project to reform hiring and talent management practices to place more emphasis on “skills,” rather than just degree attainment. More than 80 of the organization’s member companies have agreed to participate in the effort to change their recruitment and assessment strategies.
