Working Black Women Report on their Double Minority Status

A recent article posted on the Gallup Workplace blog reported on the double minority status impressions of Black women responding to the Gallup Center on Black Voices survey. A principal finding is that the working experiences of Black women differ from those of other Americans, even those of Black men and White women and must be addressed in building inclusive and equitable workplaces.
