Health Benefits Deter Workforce from Considering Job Change

A study conducted by West Health and the Gallup Organization has found that health insurance benefits are causing one out of every six U.S. adult workers from leaving unwanted positions and seeking employment elsewhere. The study revealed that approximately 158 million people (more than half the U.S. adult population) receive health insurance via their employer or the employer of a household member.
