A recent report by the Pew Research Center profiles the Gen Zers, the young adults born after 1996 and an emerging force in the U.S. workforce today. Unlike the Millennials who reached adulthood during the Great Recession, Gen Zers were on course to inherit a strong economy and record unemployment. COVID19, however, played havoc with those opportunities and the new generation faces an uncertain future. .
