Class of 2022 Facing an Improved Job Market

Michigan State University’s annual recruiting trends survey suggests the college graduating class of 2022 will face the best job market since the 2008 recession. The report also noted the ongoing uncertainty associated with supply-chain issues, the potential threat of inflation and the need for candidates who can handle flexible employment circumstances as continuing concerns.
