I love to see Maryland's leadership on recruitment and employment of individuals regardless of where they are in their educational journey! Four year degree requirements for certain industries can eliminate qualified and hard-working candidates that may be moving through the community college system and could be gaining valuable work experience. I would love to see this flexibility encourage High Schools to better prepare students for graduation!
