Employee Engagement Slips According to Gallup

A new Gallup Organization report has revealed that worker engagement registered its first declines in a decade in the 2020-2022 period as the most recent surveys found the engagement level of full- and part-time employees at 32 percent. Of particular note was fact that hybrid and remote workers reported greater engagement than on-site workers.
