Gallup Survey on Quiet Quitters

A Gallup survey conducted this summer and reported recently has determined that half of the American workforce can be identified as "quiet quitters," an expression established to describe active employees who apply a "work-to-the-rule" philosophy in their work roles. Most common among Gen Zers and Millennials, quiet quitting can be attributed to individuals seeking, but not achieving, a desirable level of employment engagement.
