Young Adult Job Tenure Similar to Past Findings

An examination of government job data by the Pew Research Center has found that today's young adults are experiencing job tenure similar to those over the past 40 years. Among 18- to 34-year-old workers in the United States, 44% reported in January 2022 that they had been with their current employer three years or more.
