Poll Highlights Preparedness (Not Age) a Key to Retirement

A Harris Poll, conducted for Fast Company in the fall of 2022, has discovered that a workable plan for retirement will guide the current workforce more than the age of the retiree. The finding also revealed that the retirement age spread is shifting as preparedness allows earlier exit and desire to work lengthens the period of employment.
