NAPS Announces 2024 Board of Directors

Uniontown, PA (January 2024) - The National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS), the nation's leading search, recruiting, and staffing industry educator and oldest industry association, is proud to announce the 2024 NAPS Board of Directors. In 2024, the NAPS Board will be steered by the fresh Executive Committee, led by Jamie Schwartz, CPC, CTS, CERS as the new Chairperson, charting the course ahead.

Jamie Schwartz, CEO of Haley Stuart Group, said, “I am proud to serve as the 2024 NAPS Chairperson. I look forward to working closely with the NAPS board, as well as Trinette and her team, to further the value that NAPS delivers to its members.”

Serving alongside Schwartz as new Board Chairperson is Becky Barclay Prewitt, CPC, CTS as Vice Chairperson, John A. Thomas CSP, CSC, CTS as Secretary/Treasurer and Teresa M. Delibert, CPC will be lending her guidance as Immediate Past Chair. The organization gives many thanks to a fantastic job done to Teresa Delibert as she served as Board Chairman through 2023 and has officially passed along the torch to Schwartz.

In addition to the new Executive Committee, we are proud to announce some returning Directors and Advisory Board members. The 2024 Directors include Stephanie Maas, CPC, Nicole Mortell, CPC and Richard Rosner. Returning on the Advisory Board is Mark Demaree of Top Echelon.

The 2024 NAPS Board will convene in February to discuss plans and initiatives for the new year.
