At this site you can register for the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and Certified Temporary Staffing-Specialist (CTS) certifications, as well as participation in a Certification Immersion Class if you elect to do so.

Upon completion of the registration process, you will receive the appropriate training manual and can begin the study process. Please note that the Certification manual and test are updated annually and you will be notified when they are going to be updated. There is NO refund for the purchase of the Certification material and test, however you can transfer to another person in your company. Even if you do not take the test or pass the test there is NO refund, however if you would like to retake the test you can for 50% off. When you feel ready to sit for the certification examination, you will return here to complete the examination process. 

If you desire to register for the Certified Employee Retention Specialist (CERS) certificate, you will need to contact info@naps360.org to determine when the next CERS workshop will be held and register. Participation in the CERS workshop and earning a passing score on the examination administered at the end of the program are perquisites to certification.

The Certification Center has been updated and improved to include a "personal exam history" section for every individual who purchases any certification exam. As you will see, this area keeps a record of completed exams, incomplete exams and available exams for every individual that has registered!
