NAPS Conference Alumni Early Bird Fees
(NAPS Conference Alumni early bird discount registration fees are available. Please contact us at info@naps360.org to get that special registration link if you have not received it to your email.)
This early-bird registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Fall/Winter Registration Fees
(Registrations between December 15, 2024 - January 31, 2025)
$950.00 - NAPS MEMBERS
$1,350.00 - NON-MEMBERS
Winter Registration Fees
(Registrations between February 1, 2025 - March 31, 2025)
$1,050.00 - NAPS MEMBERS
$1,450.00 - NON-MEMBERS
Spring Registration Fees
(Registrations received between April 1, 2025 - May 31, 2025)
$1,200.00 - NAPS MEMBERS $1,700.00 - NON-MEMBERS
Late Registration Fees
(Registrations received between June 1, 2025 - start of conference)
$1,500.00 - NAPS MEMBERS $2.000.00 - NON-MEMBERS
Please note: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than June 1, 2025 via email at info@naps360.org. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. NAPS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. No future credits for cancellations. No refunds or substitutions for the Alumni Registration. No substitutions after June 2, 2025. Other substitutions are gladly accepted! Non-Alumni substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event start date by submitting a written request to info@naps360.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
