difficult conversation. But avoiding them rarely makes things better. In this practical 30-minute session, Cathryn Baker shares a
few simple ways to make these conversations less intimidating and a lot more productive. She’ll show you how to prepare before the
conversation, stay focused on facts instead of emotion, and use a couple of simple frameworks that keep the discussion clear and
respectful. The goal isn’t to make difficult conversations easy, but to make them doable, so you can address issues directly,
strengthen working relationships, and move forward with less stress and a lot more clarity.
