NAPS 2021 Conference is the premier education opportunity representing the search, recruiting & staffing industry. More than 300 attendees are expected to attend this year's annual event, which will be held September 26-28, at the Green Valley Ranch Resort.

 

Our Annual Conference is set to open on September 26th in Henderson, Nevada (just outside of Las Vegas). Rest assured that the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) remains diligent in ensuring that the safety and security of our attendees, staff and operational personnel remains the top priority.


Ongoing updates on NAPS plans related to our annual conference, including education and programming, will continue to be available at naps360.org

  

You can book your room for the Resort here to get the discounted room rate with no resort fee.

Discounted hotel rate is for registered and confirmed conference attendees only.  Through cross-reference auditing, any reservations that are under a guests name that is not registered for the conference will be removed from the NAPS block and subjected to the general Green Valley Resort prevailing rates and resort fee. To avoid any confusion and removal from the block, please place reservations under the actual conference registrants name.

Attendees will have an opportunity to learn from best practices and understand how to improve their business through case studies while expanding their professional network. Exhibitors and sponsors will have dedicated time to showcase products and services in front of hundreds of leaders and decision makers who want to learn more about how you can help them run their businesses more efficiently and effectively.

 

2021 REGISTRATION FEES:

 

Early Registration Fees (Registrations received by February 28, 2021)
$800.00 - NAPS Members
$1,200.00 - Non-Members


Spring/Summer Registration Fees(Registrations between March 1, 2021-May 31, 2021)
$900.00 - NAPS Members
$1300.00 - Non-Members

Summer/Fall Registration Fees(Registrations between June 1, 2021-August 26, 2021)
$1000.00 - NAPS Members
$1400.00 - Non-Members

Late Registration Fees(Registrations received between August 27 2021 - start of show)
$1,150.00 - NAPS Members
$1,550.00 - Non-Members


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

· No single-day or exhibit only registrations available.

· The option to register as a guest is reserved for spouses or friends accompanying an attendee, presenter or exhibitor in a social capacity. Guests of a presenter (such as a spouse or friend), excluding Keynote, must purchase a guest pass.The guest may not be an employee or otherwise affiliated with a staffing/recruiting firm or industry supplier/trainer. Does not permit access to ANY sessions, only evening functions.

· All attendees must wear conference badge to access all sessions, exhibits, food & networking events.

  All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than August 26, 2021 via email at info@naps360.org. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. NAPS regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. No future credits for cancellations. No refunds or substitutions for the Alumni Registration. No substitutions after August 21, 2021. Other substitutions are gladly accepted! Non-Alumni substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event start date by submitting a written request to info@naps360.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.
