During this opening session Barb will address:

2:15–3:30                DNA of High-Performance Staffing and Recruiting Firms

Owners of extremely successful staffing and recruiting firms have figured out how to consistently grow their sales, profits and company.  The commonalities of these high-performance firms will be outlined in this session. Barb will discuss:

 

• Hiring, retaining and bringing out the best in people

• Repeatable systems

• How to all but eliminate ghosting (client and candidate)

• Seven change management strategies

3:45 – 4:45             Differentiate and Flourish 

Most clients and candidates feel that we are all alike. They see no difference or benefit in using one staffing and recruiting firm over another. Most of your recruiters and account executives say they are different, and when they’re asked how they’re different, they all say the same things! This has to change if you want your company to flourish.  During this session we will discuss:

• What it takes to differentiate from your competitors

• How to triple your candidate referrals

• How to triple your client referrals

 

4:45 – 5:45             Your Legacy

Think of the reason you went into business and became an entrepreneur. Does your current business reflect your mission, vision and business, as well as personal goals? What is your exit plan? Your exit plan should drive all your major decisions.
