Have you ever taken on too many tasks at work and the result was that none of the tasks were completed as well as they should or could have been?  For many, this is an easy trap to fall into. In todays market, most companies are running very lean; therefore, tasks are spread out among fewer employees causing a substantial increase in workload.  It is much easier to take on the tasks than to have the tough conversations to set barriers that will allow you to focus on less, and achieve more.

Finding ways to say no without guilt, and still maintain personal and professional success can be empowering and impactful. It’s all about prioritizing, creating a balance, and understanding the difference between multi-tasking, and taking on too much—When is enough, enough?

If you are experiencing this, and are not sure how to address it with leadership at work’ or at home (kids, parents, spouse etc.) this webinar is for you!  You will gain insight on how to prioritize tasks and focus your efforts in a way that will maximize results, increase credibility, and decrease stress both at work and in your personal life.
