Please note: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than September 2, 2023
via email at info@naps360.org. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $75 administrative fee,
will be given for cancellations received by that date. NAPS regrets that refunds will not be given for
no-shows. No future credits for cancellations. No refunds or substitutions for the Alumni Registration.
No substitutions after September 2, 2023. Other substitutions are gladly accepted! Non-Alumni substitutions
of registrations are permitted prior to the event start date by submitting a written request to
info@naps360.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting
the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with
that substitution.
