Women of NAPS is a mentoring group for women in the recruiting and staffing industry. A group that meets virtually and in-person (at the NAPS annual conference each year) to meet and discuss important topics with some of the best-of-the-best women in our industry.

We cover topics like:

+ Greatest challenge you overcame in your career
+ Who was your mentor and how did it benefit you AND/OR are you a mentor and how does this benefit you
+ Steps to attract and hire diverse women for our industry
+ Greatest lesson and you’ve learned as a woman in our industry
+ What would you like to see change in the future for women in our industry
+ What advice would you give women entering our profession

This group is a Member Benefit for NAPS members. We encourage you to invite other members you network with or met at previous conferences. The more members the more benefits we can provide.
