Matt Freemann is a Denver-based attorney with Littler Mendelson, the largest labor and employment law firm in the world, and a recent recipient of the Best Lawyers “One to Watch” award. Matt’s practice focuses on advising and defending a diverse portfolio of clients, including several staffing industry companies around the country. Matt is a subject matter expert in benefits administration, paid sick leave, trade secret and non-compete defense, and EEO practices. Over the course of his career, Matt has successfully litigated hundreds of matters, representing Fortune 100 companies and small businesses alike, and has provided advice and counsel to NAPS members on a wide-range of legal issues.
