Julian G.G. Wolfson
Julian G.G. Wolfson has practiced exclusively employment throughout the duration of his career as an attorney. Julian has litigated these types of matters in both state and federal court in Colorado for over ten years. Julian's focus is on litigation
concerning anti-discrimination laws such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and 42 U.S.C. Section 1981, in addition to noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements. Julian also provides advice and
counsel to clients on matters related to Inclusion, Equity, and Diversity.
