Judy's career has been marked by her commitment to the success of local, state and national staffing associations. She has served various organizations in a volunteer capacity since 1993. She is currently on the 2014 NAPS Annual Conference Committee which will be in her home town of Houston, September 15th through 17th.   Since 1996 to present Judy has served as a member of Board of Directors for HAAPC (Houston Area Association of Personnel Consultants). From 2008 to 2010 she served on the Board of Directors for TAPC (Texas Association of Personnel Consultants). Judy served from 2009 to the present as a Corporate Director for NAPS. Judy's enthusiasm for her work is demonstrated by her willingness to serve on technical panels and break-out sessions for industry organizations such as NPA (National Personnel Association Worldwide), NIRA (National Insurance Recruiters Association), NBN (National Banking Network) and NALSC (National Association of Legal Search Consultants).

One of her specialties is to coordinate events unique to each association.  This has led to the success  of projects such as the "Fun Run" for TAPC, NAPS Tennis Tournament, TFI's Annual Appreciation Lunches, HAAPC's Holiday Party and Silent Auction and the up-coming 2014 Golf tournament. She frequently is called upon to organize award banquets, speaker events and other social or fund-raising activities.

Judy supports NAPS' commitment to the advancement of professional and ethical standards and to the quality of work performed by individuals and firms in the staffing industry. She actively supports NAPS' Certification and Accreditation Program which includes CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant) and CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing-Specialist). She helps organize local lunch-and-learn events with top producers throughout Houston to provide CEU (Continuing Education Units) to all certified recruiters in Houston.

In 1993 Judy helped Ed Hubbard start TFI Resources. At that time it was known as Temp Finance, Inc. The name change to TFI Resources came in the year 2000. Since the beginning Judy has worn many hats in the development of TFI, including Marketing Director, Payroll Processor, and since 2000 General Manager. TFI has continued to grow and today employs over 1800 temporary and contract employees each week. TFI Resources provides payroll funding, payroll processing and employer of record services for professional and clerical positions throughout the United States.

In March 2013 Judy was awarded HAAPC's "Outstanding Contribution to the Staffing Industry". The recipient of this award is considered to be the Pillar of the Industry who gives selflessly of themselves to the Association and to the industry. In 2009 Judy was honored with the TAPC President's Award and in 2007, the TAPC Outstanding Contribution to the Community Award.

Judy's commitment to the community is illustrated in her volunteer service. For many years she has organized auctions and toy drives to support BEAR (Be A REsource for CPS Kids)www.bearsourcehouston.org and The Center www.thecenterhouston.org.  BEAR offers hope and help to abused and neglected children and the caseworkers who protect them.
