CEW Study Identifies Critical Employability Competencies

The Center for Education and Work at Georgetown University has released a new study that explores how 120 knowledge areas, skills and abilities that are demanded across the workforce and within specific occupations. The five most-in-demand competencies are communication, teamwork, sales and customer service, leadership and problem solving and complex thinking.
