Each year (starting in 2019) we conduct our "NAPS Benchmarking Survey" to compile data from NAPS members on their businesses. The purpose of the NAPS Benchmarking Survey is to get a closer look at our membership, to identify common areas that we can highlight, and to help us, as an association, plan for more meaningful training sessions going forward.

Thank you to all that take time each year to provide data. This information is for you. When compiling for average office totals we chose to use the median numbers to better reflect where most firms fall within a certain category.

We hope this is helpful to you and gives you a benchmark for your own comparison to better prepare you for growth and change.
